Trying to tap on options one after another on voice of Automated dialler as you want to speak "JetBlue customer service" or " JetBlue representative" and after your call place in waiting queue there you get to hear to stay on phone line for 45 sec to 1 min but suddenly due to high traffic of on-going call phone gets disconnected and your queries remain pending like  Is it really need to submit travel medical history report?
