Welcome to Yoga Healing Therapy, your destination for Stress Management in Holland Park. My name is Cathy Brebion. I have been practising pranayama since 1999 with the Art of Living and yoga since 2005. After my travels to India in 2008, I qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher and have been teaching ever since. My teaching varies from class to class. I emphasize the importance of breathing, reminding my students to be present and to honor each breath. My workshops are mostly 3-hour sessions with warm-ups, lots of breathing, and stretches. I teach from my heart, and I make sure that you get the most benefit out of the session.
